F4Thought #145 - Hopes & Dreams

What are your hopes and dreams?
It was heartwarming to read your posts about inspiring relatives, especially as it was a topic I (Floss) really couldn’t find any inspiration for. I think this week’s topic could also be one that gives us the warm and fuzzy feels as we as you all to share posts about your ‘Hopes & Dreams’. Before we move onto that though, it was my turn to choose to the spotlight post this week …

Spotlight Post #144 by Floss

This week’s post from Corrupting Mrs Jones is my spotlight choice for this week. Her post really made me consider all the relatives many of us have whose life stories may not be quite as we expected and how thankfully for many of us times have changed.

‘It wasn’t until a month or so after her passing that we discovered Nana had other unconventional skeletons in her closet. It turns out that in 1936 in a large country town a 17 year old girl who would later become my grandmother gave birth to an illegitimate son. At the time being an unwed mother was not desirable. Nana was slightly fortunate in that her family supported her well at this time.’ Read More

F4TFriday #114 - Nightmares

#F4TFriday #114 ~ Nightmares
Floss's prompt for #113 certainly inspired lots of you into posting. We have both so enjoyed reading all your words about why you blog.

Many bloggers have done a great job of writing a post that covers more than one of the weekly memes – in fact I did that myself. It is something to consider each week if you link to memes on a regular basis, particularly now the F4tFriday questions are merely guidance, write whatever you want to about the prompt topic. We are always happy for you to link up an older post and update it with the F4t badge, or write a fiction piece.

#113 Spotlight Post

This week there is a spotlight roundup post which focuses on three of last week entries - You can check out the post here. The roundup included - Malflic, Asrai and Elliott Henry.

F4TFriday #96 - Who Would You Do?

#F4TFriday
Many of us have our "Fantasy Fuck List" - those people, be they celebrities, colleagues, friends, or possibly just the barista who serves you your coffee in the morning, that for one reason or another, we fantasise about doing naughty things with or to.

So, this week, what we want to know is:
Do you have such a list? Who is on it?

Have you ever had sex with someone famous, be it a local celebrity or a major star? How did it come to happen?

F4TFriday #94 - Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind?

#F4TFriday
As we move through the world, we present a certain image of ourselves. There are the bits of our personalities, our relationships, our lives that we are happy to share openly, other parts that we share only with our most intimate acquaintances, and some bits that we keep almost entirely to ourselves.

As sex-bloggers, we are, perhaps, more open about the things we share and reveal about ourselves, but even we have things that we keep, if not entirely to ourselves, hidden from the full glare of public scrutiny.

So, this week, what we want to know is:

F4TFriday #92 - Where Do You Go To?

#F4TFriday
As Peter Sarstedt famously sang:
"Where do you go to my lovely, when you're alone in your bed?

Tell me the thoughts that surround you,I want to look inside your head"
Alone time, or making time for yourself is an important, if often overlooked part of looking after ourselves. Sometimes we need space for ourselves, simply to be ourselves.

So, this week, what we want to know is:
How often do you make time for yourself?

What do you do to gain the most benefit from your "you time"?

How do you balance the time you devote to yourself and to others? Which do you prioritise? Why?

F4TFriday #91 - At A Loss

#F4TFriday
Usually, loss is seen as a negative. This is understandable as it generally means that we no longer have something of value, be it a possession, a relationship or sometimes even just a particular thought or emotion.

Sometimes, however, loss, or getting lost, can be a good thing. We stumble upon somewhere/something/someone new, it results in us making discoveries, it alters our view on things, and can take our lives in new and (possibly) exciting directions.

Whether the outcome is good, or bad, loss inevitable means change, so, this week, what we want to know is:
What was your most significant loss?

How did you deal with it?

How has that (or any other) loss affected your life?

F4TFriday #88 - In Your Dreams

#F4TFriday
Sex dreams: many of us have had them at one time or another. Sometimes they involve a partner, sometimes a celebrity crush, sometimes a complete stranger and sometimes a "real-life" crush. Usually, all very, well... perhaps innocent isn't quite the word, but harmless fun. Sometimes, the object of our semi-somnolent desire can be extremely inappropriate, a colleague, an authority figure, a best friend or someone that the idea of just gives you shivers (and not the good kind).

So, this week, what we want to know is:
How regularly, if at all, does sex occur in your dreams?

Is there a recurring partner in these dreams?

Who is the most inappropriate person to have featured in a sex dream?

If you have had a sex dream about a friend, did you tell them? How did they react?
