#F4TFriday #101 is Room 101 |
May More
Hey. I'm May and I live over the bits and bytes at Sex Matters. When the opportunity came up to co-host F4TFriday I jumped at the chance. I had been thinking I needed a challenge and this one kind of landed in my lap precisely at the right moment. I was quite surprised when I checked my blog and realised I had participated 8 times in the meme. More than I thought but less than I have wanted. Time can get in the way. My partner in crime will be the fabulous Floss...Floss Liddell
I am very much looking forward to seeing you all getting involved.
We both really want to welcome all you lovely bloggers and hope together with your guys we can keep up the success of F4TFriday.
If you are playing for the first time check out the Rules and make sure you remember to include a Food for Thought Badge.
Please send in suggestions for questions you think would work well as a prompt. Message us on Twitter or click on the suggestion box in the menu. We really want this to be your meme, where you get to write about things that matter to you.
This week's Prompt ~ Room 101
When we realised it was week 101 we knew this would be our only opportunity to use Room 101 as the source for our questions.
Room 101 first appeared in the book 1984 by George Orwell. It's an extremely insightful novel. The room was said to contain a person's greatest fear. The popular TV show of the same name asked people to consign their pet hates to Room 101.
With this in mind what we want to know is...
What are your main hates and/or fears - sex wise or other - that you would like banished from your life forever?
Explain why/how these became your hates or fears.
Don't forget to check out the other entries in this weeks F4TFriday link up.
Not worth a full post, but with the making of a new movie of Dune underway, I thought this worth plonking here for the prompt:
ReplyDelete“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
― Frank Herbert, Dune
